Allow me to provide you an experience that makes creating your dream invitations fun and memorable. I will work with you so that your style and personality shine through. The process is easy and I will be there to help you every step of the way!

[1]
Questionnaire, Consultation & Preliminary Proposal

We start with a short questionnaire to help us gather as much information as possible about what you envision for your event.
We understand that your invitation sets the stage and tone of your entire event. Within three business days, you will receive a preliminary proposal based on all the details you have provided to us.
We will then set up a call for a consultation, where we will discuss what inspires you, your vision, customs, color palettes, printing methods, paper types and any additional details that pertain to your special day.

Proposal, Contract
& Invoice

After our consultation, we’ll send you a final proposal along with a contract and invoice for a 50% retainer. Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, we’ll will add you to our calendar and upload your timeline for you to review.

The Design Process
Begins

At the start of the design process, you will be sent a form to fill out with all of your wedding particulars, including full names, addresses, venues, times, response date, etc. We will then get to work! You will receive 2-3 versions of your invitation which will include up to 3 revisions. Any additional revisions after that will be charged an hourly rate of $100 which will be applied to your final invoice. Once the final invitation design is selected, we will move forward and create the other components of your suite. When all the components have been approved, you will receive a complete digital mockup for your final review. This will also include any embellishments (wax seals, ribbons, vellum, liners, dried flowers, etc.) that you have chosen. Once the final proof has been approved and signed off on, we will move forward into production.

Production &
Delivery

Final payment is due before we place your print order. When we receive your invitation suite back from the printer, we will carefully examine each piece for quality and then it’s time to add the final touches. We can assemble each of your invitation suites or if you prefer to do the assembly, we can provide the materials and steps. We offer digital addressing services or if you prefer, we can have a skilled calligrapher hand address your envelopes at an additional cost. We recommend shipping UPS as USPS and FedEx have been unreliable due to the pandemic and we want you to receive your invitations on time.

Once your invitations are shipped, we can discuss day-of-details including ceremony programs, menus, napkins, coasters, escort cards, place cards table numbers, favor tags and more!

It is best to schedule invitation services at least six months to a year prior to your wedding date. The design process can take 2 to 4 weeks but depends on the complexity of the invitation suite. Production time can take from 6 to 8 weeks and depends on the printing process used and the embellishments chosen.
