Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within New York will include 8.25% sales tax.

Production Times

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a preliminary digital proof of the invitation design within 7-14 business days. If your order includes a custom illustration, proofing time will take an additional week. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.), we cannot proceed with your order until all information has been provided to us. The design of your piece will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information. Once designs are approved, digital printing takes approximately 2-3 weeks, letterpress takes 3-4 weeks, and favors take 3-4 weeks. Other embellishments may also extend the turnaround time. These turnaround times are only estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Proofing

Save the dates, invitations, and wedding day paper orders include 3 proofs. If additional revision rounds are required, they are charged at $75 per additional round, billed separately. It is important to consider that extra design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

Our business hours are subject to change without notice.

If we are closed during hour regularly scheduled business hours, we will post these dates on our website and in our email signature at least 7 days prior.

Pricing Details

Pricing on our website represents the full retail price in USD and does not include postage or applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that items are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

Shipping

We ship either FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking and insurance. While we pack our orders with great care, once we have handed your package to a third-party carrier, The Lovely Invite is no longer liable for the package. We do not provide refunds for packages that are damaged, lost or delayed by a third-party carrier. Orders typically take 2-5 business days depending on your location. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will automatically be assigned to the shipment, but we will have no access to information regarding progress of the shipment beyond the tracking information provided by the shipper. Because we ultimately cannot control the final timeline of the shipment once it has been turned over to Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment. Sample packs are shipped via USPS Priority-Mail.
 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or return. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only if no design work has begun. After that time, orders are not eligible for cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. We recommend that you carefully review your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. We cannot make additional changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.

Colors

While we strive to represent colors shown on our website and your final product, we cannot guarantee that colors will be identical to the color on your screen. Please note that due to monitor variances the colors of your items as seen on your monitor may slightly vary from the actual printed color.

Materials
We source from many vendors for our products, and cannot guarantee that all the paper, envelopes, and any extras that we offer will be available. Should your selections become unavailable, we will notify you right away and provide additional options for you to choose from. For handmade paper, there will be variances in size, color, texture, and thickness. Please note that these are made from recycled materials, so the beauty of handmade pieces is not an indicator of an error.

Postage

You are responsible for purchasing postage for all mailed pieces in your order, including but not limited to: save the dates, invitations, and response cards. This postage total is not included. We cannot provide a postage quote, and are not responsible for weighing of invitations or adjustments in postage fees.

 

Provided Artwork

By placing your order, you agree that you have the right to use any provided artwork or photos. We are not liable for any breach of contract or copyright infringement that occurs by using the provided artwork or photos.

Confidentiality

We will treat and hold all confidential information of or relating to your project in strict confidence and will not use any confidential information except in connection with fulfilling your project. This includes, but is not limited to, intellectual property, address lists, customer lists and information.

 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, content, and products displayed, advertised, and/or sold on this website are the sole property and copyright of The Lovely Invite. Any and all work produced in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling your order, are expressly and solely owned by us. We grant you a non-transferrable, non-exclusive, royalty free license of designs produced with and for you for the specific purpose of your stationery. Any unauthorized use of the Work, such as using the Work for other purposes than those specified herein, will result in additional fees and/or royalty payments to us. Please carefully review the following policies before placing an order. You agree to the following terms and conditions by purchasing our products. All content on this website is copyrighted upon its creation and is governed by the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (USCA). The Lovely Invite reserves the right to use any designs, artwork, or images created for you on future projects or to promote products and services. If you do not want your personal information to appear in promotional material, you must provide us with a written request at the time of ordering.

We strongly respect your privacy. In order to fulfill your order, we may require that you provide us with certain personal information.  Such information will not be used for any purpose beyond communicating with you and fulfilling your order. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
